We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 3.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier same day. This, however, is not always guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that may face delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
All orders placed after 3.00PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from lmnts-brand.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to LMNTS. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We inspect all items for quality on inbound, and if there has been signs of wear, unfortunately a refund request will be rejected. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us and we can amend it for you straight away.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as best we can. We value our customer's time and energy highly and take this stuff very seriously.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Where an item being swapped it more expensive than the returning item, we will need to send you a PayPal invoice for the difference before shipping. Where the item is lower in price than the retuning item, we will issue a digital credit note for the difference, in the form of a gift voucher for the website.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it might take a few days sometimes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
